Our family tradition

Where global flavor meets family tradition

PryoriTea began the way most family traditions do: around a table, with a kettle already on. Tea was how the Pryors marked the start of a morning, the end of a long week, and every conversation worth slowing down for.

When that habit turned into a hobby of sourcing directly from growers, the family kept running into the same problem. Truly exceptional loose leaf was hard to find and harder to trust. So we built the company we wanted to buy from.

What we hold ourselves to

Hand-selected ingredients

Every harvest is tasted before it earns a place on the shelf. If we would not serve it at our own table, we do not sell it.

Ethically sourced

We buy from gardens and cooperatives that pay their pickers fairly and farm the same land season after season.

Eco-friendly packaging

Recyclable tins and compostable pouches, packed by hand in Indianapolis with no plastic overwrap.

Taking a moment should be a priority

That belief is where our name comes from. Whether you are steeping a single-origin Darjeeling or our house masala chai, the point is the pause.
